Почему не проигрывается реклама в игре?

Весь прогресс пошёл по одному месту

Играю в эту игру несколько дней и добившись уже неплохого прогресса.
В локации открыты все игровые зоны.
И во второй локации открыто , но немного.
А утром захожу, а моего прогресса нет.
В первой локации открыты не все игровые зоны и это после добавления новогоднего прохождения.
Разработчики как это понимать?
Раньше хотелось в нее играть , а сейчас этим отбили весь интерес !
I've been playing this game for several days and making good progress.

All game zones are open in the location.

And in the second location it's open, but a little.

And in the morning I come in, but I have no progress.
