Navigation tabs without titles - bad idea, each time I have to run through all of them
Chat is awful, chat bot is not helping, it is hard to find your initial message after all the messages sent to the chat to get to the agent
Просто отвратительное впечатление от взаимодействия с услугами
каждую неделю они обновляют приложение, чтобы вы оказались в неудобной ситуации, так как теперь зайти в него нельзя и нужно обязательно скачать обновление. А если ты не у вайфая, то пожалуйста трать траффик, которого и так недостаточно. На что, как я понимаю, и идет расчет.

App stopped working since yesterday (Nov 16, 2023).
When you tap the icon, app immediately crashes, without even trying to start.
Restart of the phone, and re-installation of the app do not help.
iPhone 11Pro, iOS 15.3.1. Help needed :((
