You can use our free app to manage your rental details. It’s very easy!

- Use a free 1-minute checkup option to check your scooters (follow the instructions on the screen).
- Receive information about your rental time, as well as the cost and the distance of your ride.
- Choose any e-motion station available in your area to end your rental.

Самый убогий агрегатор из тех что я пробовал
Во время тестирования самокат отказался ехать деньги не вернули, приложение постоянно лагает. Отзывы везде накрученные. Самокаты везде поломанные,то звонок не работает то шины спущены,то от станции не отсоединить, то дребезжит. Сервис и обслуживание отсутствуют. Перед тем как кататься постоянно надо денег закинуть если берёшь 2 зарегистрируй паспорт,желание брать самокат отпадает само. Пока возьмёшь самокат разберёшься и поедешь пройдёт пол часа и деньги соответственно уже снимают. Не рекомендую. Любой другой агрегатор,но только не этот!!!!

Глюки, не возвращают деньги
Взял самокат - он начал глючить, отказывался ехать. Открываю приложение, чтобы отменить заказ, и оно начинает вылетать. Каждый раз, открывая приложение оно вылетает. Отменить аренду никак нельзя. По телефону «замечательная» техподдержка (после большого количества попыток дозвониться) мне говорит, что не видит на мне взятых в аренду самокатов. Ок, на следующий день захожу - уже не вылетает, но и аренда с того глючного самоката снялась - на мне долг 477 руб. по телефону говорят пишите на почту. На почту уже неделю 0 ответа. Не рискуйте, не берите самокат. В случае проблем вам не смогут помочь. Сервис - 0, приложение написано на коленке за копейки, самокаты ушатанные. А я буду писать жалобу в РПН.
