Ugly and useless
Dear NBD Bank,
Your application is a real time machine. First time opened it I could not stop laughing - it looks like a student first practice. Design and graphics os your app is absolutely disgusting, it seems like you live in another world where there is no Apple or other best examples.
Functionality is weird, starting from unavailability of expense history categorization, ending with useless international transfer function (it would take half a day to fill in all required fields - many of them are absolutely not necessary for a SWIFT transfer).
Why can't you just hire a couple of IT guys from Russian banks like Sberbank, Tinkoff, Alfabank or Raiffeisen. They could easily improve the app and make your customers happy and NBD bank would get best UAE bank for retail.
In 2022 while using an Iphone ure feel really tortured having to use NBD application.

Terrible app
The worst banking app I have ever used. userabillity 0. buy a tinkoff bank application or an application of some Russian bank. we live in 2023 almost, and the application of 2010 is not strong.
Worse bank you can find in Dubai
Don’t mention the app that is absolutely obsolete, not user-friendly and useless, the main problem is communication with them. You’ll never ever reach customer support by phone or email, it is just impossible even after 30-40 minutes on the phone. Branches are always full with extremely long lines where you can spend 1-2 hours of waiting. Also no words needed about their cheque book and signature system, it’s just a shame. Never, never open an account here!
