Very dissatisfied

1. U push customer to download new app, and it does not works
2. Old app also not working anymore
3. As the customer I am expecting update of the same bank app but not to have double NBD app on my phone.
4. logins and password from old app do not work I have to redo all again and again ..

Your programmers are stupid and never test the system before. Highly do not recommend to change old app to the new one. And push your team to check “user friendly” for all stages of the create program.

Dumb app

You never know where and why the app will fail to do what you want. It just fails, no reason, no explanation. Worst UX from all banking apps I’ve met ever. The bank itself is not much better.

Stupid unfunctional app

How can I see transaction history for my global cash card?
How to send message to your support? (I always see “message not send” all the time!!)

Hi, Thank you for reaching out to us. You can find your global cash card transactions history by clicking on the card from the main dashboard and then scroll down to see your "Recent Transactions".
To reach our "Messaging Center" click on 'Services' located at the bottom menu bar, then scroll down and click on 'Messaging' and then 'Create a new request'.
