Ребёнок удалил игру ,все скинулись данные ,скачиваешь заново игра не открывается 🙄

Не загружается

Сегодня вдруг ни с того, ни с сего не идет загрузка игры. ПО не обновляла. Устройство iPhone 12 Pro Max 16.6.1

Просьба и пожелания

Пожалуйста верните мне потраченные кристаллы на обои которые у меня в игре исчезли! Устраните пожалуйста неполадки с игрой! И введите пожалуйста графу конкретные траты кристаллов на определенные предметы. И сколько раз покупались кристаллы! Разработка и служба поддержки мне никакого ответа не дала.
