- Fixed an occasional distortion showing up with enabled Dither during playback of loud enough files
- Moving player window to the edge of library window will now make library window follow the player while dragging
- Added preference setting whether playback should be interrupted when adding new files to library
- Cleaned up app preferences visually and removed unused options
- Fixed possible crash while loading library and importing at the same time
- Fixed playback timer being delayed by 1 second

AU plug-ins /upd/ fixed

UPD Thaks!

When I connect AU plug-ins to Fidelia, they start without their registration (activation). After restarting Fidelia, previously connected plug-ins are not saved. This happens on two systems: MBP with Monterey and mini with Catalina

Media library

Please improve the media library. I've experienced problems with sorting the stuff by any category offered (Artist, Year, Name, Track number, etc.) Please, make it more like itunes but don't take their stupid metadata management. It'd be nice, if you could implement the various view options, like 'as list' or 'icons with album artwork' or the famous cover flow we used to have in itunes back in the days. Thank you. And please, try also to implement a mechanism to work with metadata: on Windows, there's a very cool and handy software bundle by Poikosoft (Jukka Poikolainen is the developer's name, if I'm not mistaken), called EZ CD Extractor and EZ MetaTag Editor. These two are a killer tool in terms of user-friendliness. Take time to study it, I'm sure you'll be able to figure out a way to implement such, or similar features into fidelia. And one more thing hereto: just a purely aesthetical concern. I think that you should try using capitalized letters for the entire name. It seems cooler, because the logo too has a capital letter. Consider this suggestion, please! And on top of that I've also stumbled upon a trouble: some files accidentally appear to be damaged (Fidelia prompts me on that) while these files are actually NOT damaged and play perfectly without any hiccups in other media players.

1.8.39 — it's very bad experiment

Autoplay tracks — it’s a terrible mockery. Starts playing a random track. When you delete all tracks from the library, the application crashes. This app is difficult usable.

Developers have stopped responding to requests. Reviews from AppStore older than 5 years deleted. It seems that the developers have another conflict that was once before and why the development of the application was abandoned.
