Проблема с отменой подписки

Подключил их подписку на сайте и теперь не могу отключить! Кто знает, что делать, пожалуйста, помогите.

Написал им несколько писем, но они не отвечают и продолжают списывать с меня деньги!!!

Zero stars, horrible

Vidgets does not work.
Habits cannot be marked as done unless they are in challenge.
Putting already existing habits in your custom challenge is impossible.
Habits for each day in challenge must be put on by hand, one by one.

I request money back, it’s literally horrible.
