From structured 12 week programmes designed to be used at the gym which are tailored to your goals, to on-demand workouts so that you can train with Alice from the comfort of your own home, this app delivers all the tools needed to get you feeling like the best version of yourself.

And it doesn’t stop there. Alice has created over 100 delicious recipes to help nourish and fuel you through your training. No restrictive diets or fad foods here, there is instead a focus on wholesome food designed to make you feel good.

EDUCATION

When it comes to health, Give Me Strength also wants to help you understand the why behind your training, so there is an education section of the app with a variety of blog posts from leading industry experts to help you understand subjects like sleep, recovery, immunity, your menstrual cycle and more.

WELLBEING
