Ужасный магазин/Terrible store
Не заказывайте ничего в этом магазине, если не хотите остаться и без заказа, и без денег.
22 мая я сделала заказ. Все товары прибыли на склад 26 мая. Но со склада мне его не отправили. Несколько недель я пыталась выяснить, почему мой заказ до сих пор на складе. Безрезультатно. Вместо того, чтобы отправить мне заказ магазин предложил вернуть мне за него только часть денег. Другую часть gmarket хотел оставить себе якобы за обратную пересылку товаров со склада поставщикам. На мой вопрос, если товары на складе, почему бы не отправить их мне, customer service не отвечал. Мой заказ исчез вместе с моими деньгами.
Do not order anything in this store, if you do not want to be left without goods and without money.
On may 22, I made an order. All items arrived at the warehouse on may 26. But they didn't send it to me from the warehouse.
For weeks I've been trying to figure out f why my order is still in stock. Without results.
Instead of sending me an order, the store offered to refund me only part of the money. The other part gmarket wanted to keep for itself allegedly for the return shipment from the warehouse to suppliers. To my question, if the goods are in stock, why not send them to me, customer service did not answer. My order disappeared, my money too.
