Book-movie experience
Truly wonderful form of storytelling - Gone Home is smth between a book and a movie.
Much more involving, than a movie, much more visualistic than a book.
Concerning the interactive form I'd wish this to like less linear.
Practically - more things available to get in touch to, and not every artefact should be usefull for the story.
But such decisions are up to the authors.
I'd want to thank them anyways.
I'll be waiting for more games from them.
I can't believe I spent money on this
I have never in my life written a review. But this was so bad, that I just had too.
I'm a big fan of "the room escape" genre and I thought this game would be similar. During the two hours that I played I didn't come across a single quest, not a single riddle. You just walk around a house reading about a teenager's thoughts and dreams. Such a dissappointment.
And yes the graphics are very good. But the game itself was so boring and uneventful that I didn't care about the graphics.
Okay maybe the game wasn't the most awful thing on earth. I guess on a very very very boring afternoon one might kill some time with it if they are a fan of romantic teen drama. But 20$?? Definitely not worth it.
