GymAware is internationally recognised by both professional coaches and athletes alike, as the leading tool in the real-time measurement and collection of weights room performance data.

The GymAware App exclusively integrates with the already recognised gold standard technology in reliable performance based measurement systems, the GymAware PowerTool. The robust PowerTool hardware (Made for Apple certified) is a Linear Position Transducer (LPT) with angle measurement sensor specifically designed for incredibly accurate & consistent measurement of performance in athletes. The PowerTool has been validated by the Australian Institute of Sport for its accuracy and repeatability.

With GymAware, coaches and athletes can easily configure exercise targets and goals at both an individual and squad level basis. Those focusing on velocity based training (VBT) will find it easy to implement exercise targets whilst squads gain additional performance motivation from the real-time leaderboard feature that integrates with the GymAware Cloud service.

GymAware metrics have been used for over 10 years by some of the biggest sporting teams and sports institutes around the world. GymAware is portable, accurate and specifically designed for coaches measuring multiple squads and athletes.

In this update we have focused on some general housekeeping and tidy ups
Here are the key highlights

1. We now prevent the dial form displaying invalid reps if there’s at least 1 valid rep.
The main dial will show values if
* An alternative exercise is detected, and;
* Detected exercise count > selected exercise count
2. Added a new setting to turn on/off the real-time dial feedback. (Off by default)
3. Added Invalid phase info to the bar graph , the popup now shows the suggested exercise.
4. Fixed a stats downloading problem after re-enabling the Exercise Assist from the cloud.
5. Fixed the exercise edit not uploaded immediately after autocorrect.
6. Fixed a bug that the 'body mass' field is always set to false when editing an exercise.
