AVOID

The support team was unhelpful and unreasonable. Instead of solving my payment issue—they only accept credit cards, not debit cards—they made me waste 3 hours on KYC verification and nitpicked my documents. The payment problem was obvious and should have been addressed first. Highly unsatisfactory experience.
