Описание
An Intuitive Mobile App that can operate either online or offline so that employees in remote areas can report incidents without an internet connection.
Capture any type of incident, hazard, near miss using custom forms.
Gather the relevant information:
• Automatic address generation using GPS
• Capture data from lists, free text etc.
• Image capture and annotation
• Anonymous recording
• Notify the appropriate people when an incident is reported.
This intuitive mobile App works with the IMEC Incident Management Web Portal to:
• Manage the investigation phase
• Record witness statements
• Generate and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions to closure.
• Cause Analysis
• Dashboards
• Generate and submit OSHA/RIDDOR Forms and Logs.
• All data is stored securely in the Cloud.
