Poor assistance

Can’t find changing currency (so I can’t understand the price - IDK how much goes for “IDR”) 🧐
No information about the luggage (included or not). So if it doesn’t - how can I prepay for it (‘cause as I remember, luggage right before departing costs much more).
As a result - not useful app at all.

Bad company / bad customer service

They forgot my baggage in other country and couldn’t deliver it for 4 days already
And it’s also very hard to communicate with their customer service, they just do not answer me, so I didn’t know when they deliver my baggage
