The mistakes I encountered
The toys are disconnected from the application because the signal is bad, although the toy with the phone is close.
The application gives an error connecting to the toy if you use VPN, there was no such problem before.
Please pay your attention to this.

Какой то кошмар!!! А не приложение, нужен QR код, которого нигде нет, к телефону никак не подключить!!!!!! При этом с официального сайта!!!!!

Sorry to hear that you feel that way. The QR code can be found when you log in to the extension. It will prompt you to a 3-step verification wherein the second step is to scan a QR code in order to connect the app to the extension. Fix the malfunctions!!!!!!
Lovens doesn't react to some types 55.50 and there are so many of them, sometimes it stops linking to the site, at first I thought maybe I broke the toy, but no, to control and so if you turn on the toy reacts
