Terrible UI, lots of bugs, freezes

It is a shame that such respected company that manages huge chain of retail stores is not able to develop a stable app. This product probably was developed for so called early adopters and is considered a minimal viable product. However we live in 2022 when customers are used to great user experience of Glovo and Wolt apps and dealing with app’s bugs and terrible UI is not the best way to attract the customers

Ugly delivery experience

Delivery is extremely unpredictable. An hour later the scheduled delivery slot carrefour calling you and asking to deliver tomorrow. Don’t you know right at the scheduled time that you are already late? Why are you calling much later when a customer can’t even order in another market in time?

Nothing works

Georgia. It’s not gonna work. No products available, though we have at least two Carrefour stores within walking distance. Tried sending a message to technical services, it won’t be sent. Have never seen anything so useless. How come a company that big and known can’t provide a working app. Pathetic.
