Special offer money disappeared
Top up my balance to 10 SAR, supposed to receive extra 15 SAR as per special offer.
Next day my balance shows 0, support centre says I consumed all for internet data in 3 hours while I was home and used wi-fi!!
Ridiculous and no respect for clients in 21st century. Will change provider.
