Отличное приложение
Можно еще сюда в калькулятор добавить стоимость аренды квартиры и кол-во месяцев для расчета например затрат в долевом.
Еще можно добавить расчет налоговых вычетов которые можно получить от налоговой за время выплаты кредита
Добавить досрочное погашение
Не хватает досрочного погашения, дифференцированного или аннуитетного платежей.... Без этого я не могу пользоваться.
Досрочное погашение
Не хватает столбца с суммой досрочного погашения и выбора, что уменьшать - платеж или срок. Было бы очень полезно
