Купила билеты за месяц до поездки, мне их не выслали на почту, разбирались со службой поддержки целый месяц, чтобы они нашли оплату и вернули деньги
и вот за день до вылета, ночью, они нашли мой платеж и вместо возврата прислали билеты, которые я обнаружила за 13ч до вылета, утром. Уроды, конечно в течение месяца разборок и разговорах о возврате планы изменились и мы не собирались на самолет, билетов которого у нас нет.
На телефон службы поддержки вы конечно же не дозвонитесь. Они выставляют всё так, словно это вы виноваты в проблемах, которые они создают.
Лично мне писали, что я указала неверную почту и поэтому билеты были отправлены по неправильному адресу, но я пользовалась приложением, которое автоматически вставляет адрес моей почты, и пару билетов до этого я уже покупала.
