Приложение не работает, «ошибка сети».

Не работает ничего. Купил ребенку часы там эта карта в комплекте. Приложение не загружается, постоянно выдает ошибку. Мусор.
Не работает
Дошла до регистрации документа. Сканирует верно, дальше не пускает. Техподдержка посоветовала переустановить приложение. Теперь вообще ничего не может отсканировать. Проще пойти и купить сим другого абонента.
