The Emotion Life Lab is a digital learning system that helps individuals and teams thrive, building emotional intelligence skills that lead to improved performance, better collaboration, higher engagement, lower burnout and improved business results.
The centerpiece of the system is the Oji Life Lab App. The App delivers a sequence of bite-sized learning experiences that help you gain skills over time. It also includes a set of essential tools including the Mood Meter, a reference library, and text chat that offers support when you need it.
Built with our co-founders from Yale University, the Emotion Life Lab delivers a breakthrough learning experience that seamlessly combines mobile micro-learning and live online coaching.

Version 1.9.0
Now, Life Labs can include Score Cards that collect your information and translate it into a score to assess your preferences, readiness, knowledge and more. Look for helpful new Score Cards in all of our Life Labs in coming months!
