С iOS не дружит

Поначалу приложение работало, а потом стало выдавать бесконечную ошибку загрузки. теперь у нас самый обычный глобус, кстати с нереалистичным изображением континентов, и никакого интерактива

AR is not working

I bought an Orboot globe. But the AR function does not work. When matching a star on the smartphone screen and a star on the globe, music turns on, but no graphics appear. I'm using an iPhone 13 with iOS 16.5.1 and the Orboot Earth AR app version 5.
