I want my money back, please!

I downloaded the app and haven’t used and removed it. But anyway money was taken yesterday and it was a huge amount like almost $100. I haven’t used the app properly even once. And trying now to get my money back since really need it and it wasn’t conscious purchase. I still don’t understand how that happened

App is not free

For free you can scan like one plant and have a free 3 day trial, after that most functions will be available via subscription which is enormously expensive and not worth it all
