Keep your procedures with you, accessible on your phone, tablet, or computer. PROMPT keeps your procedures organized and prioritized.
No matter where you are, or when an emergency occurs, you will be prepared to respond. Follow prompts to quickly obtain correct information, help direct staff to timely resolutions, and communicate effictively to stakeholders.
Staff can bring the appropriate tools and parts with them for a repair or troubleshooting and can also review and follow procedures in the field while with the equipment. They will be more likely to work independently and improve their first response completion rate.
Emergency response procedures are laid out on the home screen in easy to use buttons. While maintenance and troubleshooting procedures are searchable by category or keyword.
Follow written directions, diagrams, pictures, or videos. House manufacturer instructions or O&M manuals for equipment make and model. Import contact lists for staff, vendors, and customers.
- Increase your ability to handle a response in an emergency.
- Reduce or eliminate calls from staff after hours.
