In this update, we have addressed several issues to improve the user experience:
We have fixed the issue where the Deals section could not be opened, as well as the problem with the payment button remaining after payment.
In addition, issues with logging in through Itsme have been fixed, along with showing the correct language and the correct weather forecast for the correct day.
We hope these updates contribute to a smooth and hassle-free experience for all our users.

Doesn’t login

It has begun in May. iOS 14.8.1.

Hi, can you startup the app and next shake slightly with your mobile device, so we receive an error report for further investigation. With regards, Dave - MyProximus

Poor performance and bad experience

Can’t check my bills, simply not loading. Not user-friendly app with lots of limitations.
