It really helps

I've tried many-many apps like this because of my insomnia. This is the only thing that has helped me and helps now. Firstly you can think that the voice is too simple and that there's no background music like binaural waves etc., but believe me it doesn't matter - it only helps. I almost never hear the half of her words because I fall asleep very fast. Well, just try it. It's for sleepless and desperate :)
