Le Tram Express Rhônexpress est le moyen le plus sûr et le plus rapide pour relier le centre de Lyon à l'Aéroport et gare de Lyon-Saint Exupéry, avec un trajet en moins de 30 minutes, sans risque d'embouteillages.

Durant le voyage avec Rhônexpress, un agent de bord est présent pour renseigner et accompagner les passagers. Les rames spacieuses et climatisées offrent des prises électriques et des rangements pour les bagages. Des écrans à bord diffusent en permanence diverses informations utiles (horaires des vols au départ, actualités…).

Rhônexpress relie l'Aéroport et la gare de Lyon – Saint Exupéry au centre de Lyon et à l'ensemble des infrastructures transport de l'agglomération lyonnaise : réseau TCL, gares TGV et TER..

The worst service ever!

The most expensive and irresponsible airport Express in Europe!

And the worst representation of the Lyon city!

I recommend to use a taxi! This company a monopolist with unacceptable prices and there are no buses anymore!

We missed our flights because of them and they say there not responsible for it!

They earning money on the airport transfers but they don’t care about passengers and if they can get on their flights on time!

On the way to the airport the tram stuck, the employees promised that we will catch out flights and they will provide us a transfer, but they didn’t cared out their promises!

They didn’t let us leave the tram until the transfer will arrive, and when we finally left the tram, we had to order the taxi ourselves, and we missed our flights. Because there were no transfer!

They ruined all our holidays and they said they don’t care!

If the tickets are so expensive then why they don’t include an insurance!

They just protected themself by the terms and conditions, which being cared about only their interests but not passengers interests.

I do not recommend!
