Great idea, little bit of scam

Perfect app. Booked through them once, after which I can’t book any hotel anywhere in the world with 3 different cards from different countries. The payment doesn’t go through only my card isn’t even charged, so it’s most likely the problem is on the app side.

Which isn’t that bad thing as it turns out, since they haven’t sent me my miles 7 month later after the stay, it still is pending.

If you’re wondering what does their support say — nothing, they answer very slowly and don’t have any solution, they either ask to wait or to try again. Both email and phone — one of the worst support centers I’ve seen in any modern applications.
