Добрый день, перестало работать видео в реальном времени. Запись есть, посмотреть можно, а воспроизведения реального времени отсутствует

Сбой операции при регистрации.
Просмотр возможен только в реальном времени. Архив отсутствует, хотя с компьютера запись открывается.
Ошибка 404
Здравствуйте, перестало пускать в учетную запись, ошибка 404 , не восстановить пароль, ни зайти ничего. Что делать подскажите пожалуйста
