2. Shop at your convenience time at your place
3. Pay online through secured iPay / Apple Pay, or Pay at your Store. Note: we do not store any of your payment (credit/debit card) related information on our platform.
4. Track your order status while store will make your order ready
5. Pick yourself from the Store Curb side, or
6. Get your grocery items at your doorstep

For our Ethnic Grocery Store,
Safe’O’Kart aims to connect you with your loyal Customers at the convenience and conform of their Space, Time and Safety. Our application will help you to,
1. Receive the orders placed by your Customer
2. Access to individual Order wise data for acknowledgement and order fulfilment
3. View consolidated item-wise data for quick picking of items from the warehouse/aisles
4. Communicate Order status to your Customer when the order is ready for pick up or delivery
5. Get heads up to Customer arrival time for curb side pickup orders
6. If your Customer requires home delivery,
a. You can use Safe’O’Kart delivery boy smart routing plan/guide feature to send the items to Customer doorstep at the most optimized way.
b. Your Store doesn’t have home delivery operations at this point, Safe’O’Kart will help to get the items delivered your Customer’s doorstep at a very minimal charge to Customer.

How we developed this mobile platform: Few days back my Husband and I were talking to one of my Senior Citizen Uncle living in the neighbourhood. During our interaction, we observed how much uncle and auntie are worried around travelling to stores for their daily groceries/essentials, and primarily limitations around ethnic Indian grocery shopping, convenient home delivery or curb side pick-up in a complete touch free fashion. This interaction flashed the idea of developing a smart platform to connect our esteemed Ethnic Indian grocery store(s) and needy Customers at the comfort of everyone’s space, time and safety. We have developed this application for safe and healthy lifestyle enhancement, and to help our community for staying safe, saving time and shopping the ethnic India groceries/daily essentials at their ease.
