Safran Expert link was designed to bring strong proximity support and help customers with troubleshooting and maintenance tasks in the field.
It provides a secure and highly collaborative experience with the ability to share live video, audio, images and screen annotations with remote experts from any customer devices (smartphone, tablet, smart glasses, borescope) - even in limited bandwidth conditions.
