The Samsung Galaxy Fit application connects Samsung Galaxy Fit2, Gear Fit2, Gear Fit2 pro and Galaxy Fit, Galaxy Fitⓔ to your mobile device. It also manages and monitors Samsung Galaxy Fit2, Gear Fit2, Gear Fit2 pro, Galaxy Fit and Galaxy Fitⓔ features and applications installed through Gear Appstore.
Use the Samsung Galaxy Fit application to set up and manage the following features:
- Connect to and disconnect from a mobile device
- Application download and settings
- Find my Gear
Install the Samsung Galaxy Fit application on your mobile device, then pair your Samsung Galaxy Fit2, Gear Fit2, Gear Fit2 pro and Galaxy Fit, Galaxy Fitⓔ with a Bluetooth connection and enjoy all of its features.

Добрый вечер! Столкнулась с проблемой при запуске приложения не могу найти Galaxy Fit2, хотя я заметила раньше было, что в iOS 10 и старше данная функция присутствовала, выбор данного устройства есть. Поясните пожалуйста в чем причина и как её решить, будут ли обновления, когда ожидать.

Dear user, we apologize for the trouble. Kindly let us know your phone model. The minimum requirement for a Galaxy Fit 2 to work in iOS is satisfied by iPhone 7 and later models with iOS 10 and later versions. It is not compatible with older models of iPhone. Thank you.

Не подключается к iPhone 7, в приложение браслет видит, на этом все. Идёт подключение и ничего не происходит, IOS 12.3.1
На браслеты горит «откройте Galaxy Wearable на телефоне»

Hello User, it is really unfortunate to know that. Kindly let us know the Gear and iPhone models as well. Did you try establishing connection between your Gear and phone via Bluetooth first or through the Galaxy Fit app? If you did it via Bluetooth first, then please remove your Gear from the iPhone Bluetooth list, reset it and try setting it up as demonstrated in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y2lMi5H1W8M
