Enhanced Fare Breakdown: We've fine-tuned our fare breakdown following the introduction of baggage add-ons in the check-in flow. Enjoy clearer pricing details for a stress-free booking experience!
Adjustment to Baggage Purchase Window: Need more baggage? No problem! You can now purchase it up to 4 hours before your flight departs during check-in. That's added convenience for your travel plans!
Improved Navigation: We've added a loading indicator when you're redirected to the Scoot Registered User sign-up screen in our in-app browser, so you and I don't get confused if the redirection is loading or not.

First time think what you do
I urgently need to use the app to check in via 4G with very limited traffic. I open the app and see that I must update the app unless I cannot use it. Okay. I open app store and see that you fixed soooo tiny bags that I cannot even notice. 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️

The worst app among all airlines I know
This app is really terrible!!!!
First, it is impossible to check in with it online. Only in the airport.
Another issues, when you try to book a flight you cannot see full amount you need to pay before you fill in all data about all passenger. And then after you spend huge amount of time filling all data this amount converts magically to xxx times more. And every time you change some dates you need to fill in all details about passengers. Rediculous and annoying app 🤮🤮🤮

Hi there, we are sorry to hear about your experience. Our mobile app currently only supports online check-in for selected departing cities. We are in the midst of opening up more cities soon. As for the fare breakdown that converts to a higher amount - may we trouble you to provide more information with us at mobile@flyscoot.com so we can look into it if it's an issue?
We understand it can be inconvenient to enter your passenger details all over again after selecting new flight dates. We'd like to suggest for you to sign up as a KrisFlyer or Registered User so we can quickly populate your details when you are logged in and booking a flight. Thank you.
