ScreenTime+ allows you to take back control of your phone. Use the iOS focus modes to disable apps and notifications completely. Great concept, flawless implementation, all in all a very useful tool to improve concentration. Needs more marketing and public awareness for sure as it is the completing part for the ultimate focus system with onesec being the foundation.
UPD: Feature request - would be nice to be able to add a widget with possible visualizations of active list / lists options / stats / etc
