Description
Service Inspector is a modern approach to control standards and operations based on digital checklists and forms.
Our service is suitable for institutions of any sort and the size: restaurant, coffee shop, shop, building, hotel, hostel, beauty shop, medical institution, cleaning and another.
- The checklists that work. Employees pass check lists in the mobile application, confirm the fact of execution by photos, write comments, start tasks for correction. All data is stored in the cloud.
- Large library of ready-made standards, checklists and forms.
- Remote control. Upon completion of the checklist, you or your employees receive an automatic PDF report containing all the necessary information. The results are available on the website and in the app.
- Analytics of operating activities. The ability to view dynamics and changes, find weaknesses and make quick decisions that will make your institution better.
- Tasks. To ensure that no problem eludes the solution, set up repair tasks from the mobile app and assign it to the employee. The employee will know about the task by PUSH notification.
- Staff motivation and adaptation. The rating of employees, services, establishments will allow you to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) in the organization and build a motivational program for employees.

Уважаемые разработчики, почему в последнем обновлении снова убрали возможность добавлять несколько фотографий одновременно? Нужно снова по одной фотографии тыкать, чтоб заполнить чек-лист. Представьте какого, если в отчете у тебя их больше 100, а заполняешь ты несколько чек-листов в день.
Очень странное приложение
Ребята молодцы, видно, что потратили деньги на менеджеров, которые делают презентацию в зум и тд. Однако приложение очень сырое и совершенно неудобное для малого предпринимателя. Видимо у разработчиков до сих пор мысль, что предприниматель сидит в кожаном кресле перед компьютером целый день и следит за сотрудниками (эдакий царек). Это не так, предприниматель всегда на встрече, в дороге и тд. Ему надо макимально быстро и удобно с телефона зайти и накидать задач Сотрудникам. А тут надо приехать видимо в офис, усесться за компуктер и творить. Да и с компьютера это ужасно не удобно. Потратил кучу времени чтобы разобраться , а в итоге буду искать дальше. Но как говорится - не ошибается тот, кто ничего не делает. Надеюсь ребята читают отзывы и принимают во внимание критику адекватно.
