Really helpful

I haven’t tried to learn Chinese before. This app has been a kickstarter for me, it’s my start line. I don’t know how far I will go down on this path, but I hope to reach at least HSK3; knowing 300 characters would be a reasonable foundation.

Пробовал переустановить-не запускается и все. Жаль

A lot of reports have been coming in from other people connecting from Russia describing the same issue. It appears to be caused by a Russian government order which blocks certain IP ranges. Using a VPN has been a workaround for those who have run into this, however this is unfortunately out of our control and there's nothing we can do about this decision.
