Worst taxi app

It is the worst taxi app and taxi I've ever used.
Not possible to view the route of your trip. Not possible to rate a driver. Not possible to feedback about a trip. Taxi drivers never know where to drive. That always call you to find you. Don't know if they could look into app to see where you are. It's very simple, in good taxi I have even never say a word to driver cause he know everything from the app.
Taxi driver can put in app that he is in a destination point to pick you up, but in reality he is far away and you cannot do anything. Same situation with arriving. Sometimes they do not pick up a phone.
There also some items to share, but I think it's enough already.
BTW
Almost nobody of drivers wearing a mask...
