Overview Introduction
SmartDev App is the internal application of SmartDev LLC. This application is created with 2 main functions: Request Day Off and Shoutout to Colleagues.
Employees can quickly and easily request days off with just a few actions. The people who are related to the employee will also receive timely notice of days off. So that they can quickly respond to employees' requests as well as be more proactive when dividing work.
In addition, employees can also give points to express their gratitude to the colleagues who have supported and helped them in their work. These points are cumulative and point holders can redeem valuable gifts from the HR department.
It can be said that the main purpose of SmartDev App is to create a convenient, comfortable and sociable environment to support work and help connect within the company.
