Misleading adverting and information everywhere. Therapist answer to you once 1-2 days. Sometimes more often. In the ads they say it is "24/7". Therapist said she will check in every day and answer 1-2 times a day. Still It happens when the whole day you hear nothing from therapist even not on day off. You just pay to them and they suck money for subscription when you figuring out "is it ok that I feel ignored most of the time?" They wont do money backs, their refund policy is: "if you paid for the whole year and disappointed in first month then it is your problem".
