If I’d “PRO” license GIS PRO (Gafara)

Perfect product! I've been a fan for 5 years. I use GIS PRO actively with a PRO license. I liked the new Touch GIS product. It is better adapted to the new features of IOS. In this regard, I have a question. Can I count on discounts for the first year of licensed use of Touch GIS if I previously purchased a GIS PRO license?
