Build detailed diet plans by using over 4000 food items. Tag your favourites and save meals for reuse.

Clients & Groups
Train single clients or even large-scale groups effortlessly. Each client has an own Client Account and can sign in to see workouts and nutrion plans.

Follow Progress
When clients write down results in their Client Account, you will see the progress in one glance.

Collaborate
Allow access to your co-trainers, too. You can add any number of trainers - there are no limits.

Chat
Chat with your clients, group or with your colleagues in real-time. No need for additional messenger apps - everything is built-in!

Subscription Information
Subscription length is 1 month and it is auto-renewable. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost of renewal is the same that the initial cost. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase in ITunes. Отличное приложение для тренеров

Давно искал приложение для ведения онлайн подопечных. Есть всё:периодизация тренировочного процесса, программы тренировок, дневник питания, контроль замеров подопечных, календарь замеров и тренировок, возможность добавить свои упражнения. Очень удобен чат для общения с клиентами. Я работаю через веб версию, а срочные вопросы отвечаю в чате программы!
