Sell non-existent tickets‼️

29.12.21 I bought 1st class tickets, but there was not 1st class carriage at the train, only 2nd.
This app sells non-existent tickets and do not return money. Please, be careful and think twice before using it.

Sorry to hear you weren't able to obtain First Class travel on-board.
As an online booking service, we sell tickets on behalf of the train operators and will provide all ticket options available that the train operators confirm will be valid. As such, if you've been able to book a First Class ticket, this would be due to the train operator advising First Class will be available on-board.
On the rare occasion, the train operator may need to amend the type of train they use for the service, so First Class can be removed. In this case, you can reach out to the train operator directly and they can look into a refund of the fare difference between First and Standard Class.

the ticket purchased in the app was invalid

the conductor told sncf that my ticket was not valid and if I wanted to continue on my way, I had to buy a new ticket, which was already 2.5 times more expensive on the train.

trainline refuses to refund, blaming the carrier. although I am primarily a trainline client and as their client I incurred costs 4 times higher than planned. their relationship with the carrier SNCF is not my problem,
