Fraudulent charge attempt/No customer support in France

I am receiving daily SMS and emails for the last 5 days demanding payment of €75.46 for a car rental I never made. I have not rented any car in the last month, and I have never rented a Citroën C3 at all.They are threatening to automatically charge my card, even though this rental does not belong to me.There is no way to contact support:•no live chat•no working support email•all messages come from a no-reply addressThis is extremely concerning. Sending payment threats without any human support or dispute process feels unsafe and unprofessional.I strongly advise caution before saving a payment method in this app.

The idea is good, but the execution is terrible.The filters do not work: I set a daily rental price, yet the search results show everything — cheaper and more expensive. I set the filter for unlimited mileage, and again the results show everything — cars with minimal mileage limits and with maximum ones. I set the filter for 250,350,400 mileage and again the results show all cars….how it works?! I don’t understand. This app is absolute nonsense. I do not understand why you cannot make filters that actually work.Thank God your make and model filters at least function properly.
