Not good service & Bad customer support ((

I bought a new phone, asked to move my eSIM from one phone to another, and the manager simply blocked the eSIM card on one phone, leaving me no opportunity to use it on the old phone. For two days now I have been going to you and for the second time I receive an answer that they will not be able to help me today tomorrow or the day after tomorrow

What should I do ? I pay AED 170 for a full month, but for at least 5 days I won't be able to use my phone! And every day - error, maybe tomorrow…. 😔

Couldn’t even register

The sim delivery is pretty fast, but the deliveryman couldn’t read my emirates id. I’d been told that my id is broken. After that, I went to DU and got a SIM card with no issue
