No support

I can’t get any support in the app, but I have a lot of questions. I tried to go through your robot answers - they do not contain any answers relatable for me and I can’t ask you MY questions which I have! That’s crazy. I need to contact a support team to have a conversation and ask my questions!

Scam app

This is a scam, which masks as a car rent.

We could not even leave the parking without paying a 30 euro ticket left in car by the previous customer, which is insane.

Upon return of the vehicle, the app gleefully informed me that I owe it 10 euros for mere 5 litres of gas I used(the normal price is 5 euros). On top of that they charged me 35 euros as an admin fee for refueling! And all of that for just one day of the rent.

Avoid at all costs, an ordinary car rent is much preferable to this disgusting scam.

Awful experience: app crushes and doesn’t allow you to do simple things as end the rental or you extra driver to Open a car. And customer support is a fail On another level: 3 operators couldn’t answer one question for 1,5 hours, while my wife was standing under the rain waiting for them!!
