Doesn't allow to share PC audio

It works good, but there is only one thing which is very important for me is that I can't shate PC audio with other meeting members.
It says I need to download audio driver, but doesn't tell which one.
I have MACbook air of the latest model, have no idea what drivers could be needed.

Cannot open the app on MacOS 10.13.6

I cannot open the app on mac, everytime it quits itself and there is a report sent to apple to review as well. I have tried to reach the customer support but everything is in Chinese and even by translating the FAQ couldnt find the needed answer. Can you fix it please? I cannot join important meetings, I have tried to uninstall and reinstall again didnt work both installing from the official website and installing from AppStore
