Пропал доступ life access .

Оплатил 449 рублей, платёж прошёл. Установил 3 циферблата и недели две не заходил в приложение, а как зашёл Дак пишет плати снова чтобы был life access .
Что за дела? При входе в приложение написано заплати один раз и все?!!
