Support can kill this perfect project.

Urgently do something with support. Organize the reaction lines, put the whatsapp operators in order, they respond once a day and close the chat immediately if you did not have time to respond. Solve the problem with payments in favor of Amazon.ae the payment is rejected for the first time in 90% of cases. You have every chance to become really the best UAE mobile bank. Don't miss it.

Reduce your plastic waste if you have no intention to open accounts

Why bother wasting your courier time to bring useless piece of plastic? Got my card, supplied necessary documents and after several weeks of dead silence they close my inactivated account giving no reasoning to such decision.
Such a waste of my time, courier time, your time and card manufacturing time. Good luck with that approach
