Отсутствие кнопки решение!!!
У кого кнопка «Согласия» отсутствует переключите язык телефона на английский временно и зайдите в приложение, она появится и пустит дальше в приложение. Затем язык можно снова вернуть на русский язык. Мне это помогло.
